Jeff Ferry, CPA’s Research Director was a guest on “On Point,” a radio show on NPR and he discusses globalization under a Trump administration. Jeff refutes free traders such as Martin Wolf, chief economics commentator for the Financial Times as well as Ken Rogoff, professor of public policy and professor of economics at Harvard University. Jeff starts his side of the conversation at minute 22.

“We are nonpartisan, but I gotta tell you that Donald Trump was right when he said that globalization is a disaster for United States. Globalization is sucking the lifeblood out of the American middle-class one decaf frappuccino at a time. In the industrial heartland of the United States, we’ve seen massive unemployment and we’ve seen factories closing.” – Jeff Ferry.
