Jim Stuber serves as CPA’s Legislative Counsel. He previously served as Legislative Director for a senior member of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, and as an attorney practicing legislative and administrative law at the Washington, DC firm of Hogan & Hartson (now Hogan Lovells).

 


 

Jim is the author of What if Things Were Made in America Again (Current Affairs Press, 2017), an exploration of why America began sending its jobs overseas, how much damage that caused, and what can be done about it. Jim earned his J.D. degree at Georgetown University, and holds BA and MA degrees in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, respectively.
