President-elect Donald Trump told tech company leaders at a summit in New York on Wednesday that his administration would make “trade across borders” much easier.
The summit was attended by the heads of major tech companies like Amazon, Apple, Google, Facebook and Tesla.
Trump, according to a press pool report, praised his Commerce secretary pick, Wilbur Ross, and promised “fair trade deals. We’re going to make it a lot easier for you to trade across borders.”
