In order to comply with House Ethics Committee rules and attend this conference with all expenses paid for by the Coalition for a Prosperous America Education Fund, please fill and submit the following packet to travel.requests@mail.house.gov no later than JANUARY 25th, 2024, following the instructions below.

Download the following packet and fill pages 1 & 2, the Traveler Form.

Page 1 requests personal information, and page 2 requests information regarding the Primary Trip Sponsor (Coalition for a Prosperous America Education Fund). This information can be found on pages 3-5 of the packet.

Review the remaining documents in the packet, including your invitation (pp. 6), the conference agenda (pp. 7), and the congressional invitation list (pp. 8-17).

Submit the completed packet to the e-mail address above no later than January 25th, 2024.
