TPP opponent Professor Jane Kelsey is bringing the legal action, as well as other groups including Consumer New Zealand, the Tertiary Education Union, Oxfam and Greenpeace.

They’re seeking an judicial review of Trade Minister Tim Groser’s refusal to release any documents sought in an Official Information Act request.

The applicants have asked the High Court for a declaration that the Minister’s decision was unlawful in a variety of ways, and they want an urgent hearing as soon as possible.
