The Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA) seeks an administrative assistant to work remotely and assist the CEO, office management and other CPA top staff as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include – keeping track of all aspects of the CEO’s schedule and serving as a point of contact for the intake, acknowledgement, and follow through of all meeting requests. The position will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of the CEO’s long-term and short-term calendars and prepare the CEO for meetings. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, robust attention to detail, and highly-attuned organizational skills. They should also have a desire to work in a team-centric environment, an understanding of the workings of Capitol Hill, and an ability to adjust priorities efficiently and quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience on Capitol Hill strongly preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience.
