Andrew Rechenberg is a Senior Economist at the Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA). Andrew Rechenberg has worked in a variety of roles in the U.S. Federal Government and the private sector. Most recently, he has worked for Stanley Black & Decker on trade data engineering and U.S. import compliance, covering Section 301, Section 232, and ADD/CVD tariffs among other compliance and customs issues.
Previously, Andrew Rechenberg has worked as an Economist and Analyst for the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Commerce, covering a range of trade, industrial, and national security topics. In these roles, he primarily focused on U.S. aerospace and defense exports, support for the U.S. manufacturing industry, and U.S. economic national security through processes such as the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
