Andrew Rechenberg is a Senior Economist at the Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA), specializing in U.S. trade policy, industrial strategy, and national economic security. He has served as an economist and analyst at the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Commerce, focused on aerospace and defense trade, industrial base resilience, and national security reviews, including the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). His work centers on strengthening U.S. production capacity and advancing trade policy in support of long-term economic and national security.

Previously, Andrew Rechenberg worked with the U.S. Mission to the European Union in Brussels, contributing to transatlantic trade and economic policy engagement. In the private sector, he supported trade data engineering and import compliance at Stanley Black & Decker, focusing on Section 301, Section 232, and antidumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD), and conducted international macroeconomic forecasting at Moody’s Analytics.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs, with a concentration in International Economics, as well as a B.S. in Economics, and a B.A. in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.
